For professionals and businesses seeking to introduce qualified commercial opportunities to London Business Network through their trusted relationships and benefit from warm introductions to drive growth.


The Associate Referral Partner is an LBN Ambassador role that is a structured commercial relationship for individuals and organisations who are well-connected, credible, and aligned with LBN’s mission to support business growth in the UK and global markets.


Associate Referral Partners act as trusted connectors, introducing prospective members, ambassadors, partners, sponsors, and clients where there is a clear commercial fit.


Associate Referral Partnership includes LBN membership.

 

Eligibility Requirements


Associate Referral Partners are expected to demonstrate:


  • Established professional or business presence within relevant networks
  • Commercial credibility and trust within their peer group
  • Ability to identify and introduce high-quality prospects
  • Alignment with London Business Network’s standards and positioning
  • Willingness to operate within a structured partnership activation framework


Full terms are defined within the LBN Referral Partnership Agreement.


Non-Exclusive Structure


Associate Referral Partnership is non-exclusive.


Associate Referral Partners remain free to operate across their existing commercial activities.


The role is non-exclusive and designed to complement, not restrict, existing activities.


Important Distinction


Associate Referral Partnership confers Ambassadorship status. It does not include exclusivity, platform ownership, or guaranteed visibility.

It is distinct from Service Partnership which confers exclusivity.


Mutual Referral Framework


Participation in a 15% mutual referral arrangement on converted business, supporting two-way commercial value creation. Referral commission is payable on converted business only.


Commercial Terms


£2,000 + VAT per annum

Billed annually in advance 

Initial term: 12 months

Reviewed annually

EXCLUSIVE REPRESENTATION FOR PARTNER'S PRIMARY SERVICE  


For established businesses seeking exclusive positioning within a defined service category inside the London Business Network referral ecosystem.


Service Partnership is a structured commercial alignment whereby LBN actively recommends the partner to its members, corporate organisations, and sponsors.


This partnership is designed for businesses with the operational capability and sales capacity to convert qualified introductions into measurable commercial outcomes.


Exclusive Service Partners are embedded into LBN’s structured referral and market-access flow, serving the Founder, Scale-Up, Corporate, and Sponsor community.
Eligibility Requirements


  • Annual turnover exceeding £1 million and serving mid-market businesses
  • Named senior decision-maker accountable for the partnership
  • Proven delivery capability and operational maturity
  • Capacity to service referred opportunities promptly
  • Service Partners are required to contribute monthly campaigns, offers, or insights for distribution across the LBN network.
  • Content must be produced at the Service partner’s expense. Where in-house capability is unavailable, execution support can be provided by Growth Marketing Global under separate commercial terms.
  • Willingness to operate within LBn's  structured partnership activation framework

Exclusivity


Exclusive Service Partnership is exclusive within the partner’s primary service category.


Exclusivity applies to recommendation and all positioning within LBN’s ecosystem.

CHAPTER PARTNERSHIP

CHAPTER PARTNERSHIP

EXCLUSIVE LICENSE TO ESTABLISH AN OFFICIAL LBN CHAPTER


For senior entrepreneurs, firms, or organisations seeking to establish and operate an official London Business Network chapter within a defined geography or thematic remit under a licensed framework in the UK or internationally.


Chapter Partnership grants the right to represent and deliver the LBN Connect → Set Up → Scale model within an agreed territory or sector.


Chapter Partners are custodians of the LBN brand and operating system within their licensed chapter, responsible for relationship development, commercial activation, and long-term network growth.


Chapter partnership is selective and structured for sustained value creation.


Eligibility Requirements


Chapter Partners focus on market activation. LBN retains responsibility for overall structure, systems, and business continuity. Chapter Partners are responsible for:

  • Operating an official LBN chapter under agreed brand and governance standards
  • Developing senior-level relationships across business and institutional stakeholders
  • Hosting LBN events and briefings
  • Representing LBN commercially and reputationally within the agreed scope
  • Contributing to LBN’s global referral, partnership, and sponsorship ecosystem
  • Acquiring the required technology stack, including Microsoft 365, at the Chapter Partner’s expense via LBN’s Smart-Host Technologies 


All activity must operate within LBN’s established frameworks and OS.


LBN Operating System™ 


Chapter Partners agree to operate within London Business Network’s operating system or LBN OS™.


LBN provides:

  • Brand governance
  • Standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Ongoing support and performance alignment
  • Shared website with maintenance, hosting, and security
  • Shared project management platform 
  • Shared services back office team


Exclusivity


Chapter Partnership is exclusive within the licensed chapter territory or remit. Exclusivity applies to chapter representation and licensing rights.


Important Distinction


Chapter Partnership is a brand licensing agreement and does not constitute ownership of London Business Network.


Mutual Referral Framework

Commercial Terms


£30,000 per annum

Billed quarterly in advance 

4 × £7,500 per quarter
