We reserve the right to maintain these standards to ensure that our events remain focused, respectful, and aligned with the expectations of our members, partners, and guests.

REFERRAL REWARD
Where a guest introduced by a member subsequently joins London Business Network as a paying member, ambassador, or partner, the introducing member will receive a 10% referral reward, calculated on the first year of membership.
Referral rewards will be paid within fourteen (14) working days of the guest’s membership being confirmed and paid in full.
Referral recognition applies only where:
Referral rewards are issued as a one-time recognition payment and do not constitute an ongoing commission, sales partnership, or agency arrangement.

MEMBER REGISTRATION
All members and partners are reminded that they required to kindly register for each event they attend using their unique membership code.
GUEST INVITATIONS
London Business Network encourages members to introduce relevant guests to our events, subject to availability and capacity. To ensure a smooth experience and accurate guest registration, the following process applies.
NB Each guest may attend one LBN event using a member-issued guest invitation. Any subsequent attendance will require the guest to purchase a full-price ticket or join LBN as a member.
Guests who arrive without having been properly registered in advance will be required to purchase a full-price, last-minute ticket upon arrival, subject to availability.

London Business Network is a professional business networking organisation. The effectiveness of our events relies on openness, visibility, and the responsible sharing of participant information to enable meaningful commercial connections.
All attendee data is collected and securely stored within our CRM in accordance with applicable data protection regulations. We do not sell your data. By registering for and attending a London Business Network event, you acccept and agree to our Terms and Policies and to the data-sharing practices outlined below.

To facilitate professional engagement before, during, and after our events, the following attendee details are shared within our network.
QR codes displayed on name badges enable attendees to easily share contact details, supporting efficient and intentional networking.

Photography and video recording take place at all London Business Network events for use in marketing, communications, and social media channels.
By attending our events, you consent to the use of your image and likeness in such materials.

If you do not wish for your information to be shared as above stated, or you do not consent to photography or recording, please do not register for or attend our events.
Participation in London Business Network events is conditional upon acceptance of these data-sharing and recording practices.
