EVENT REGISTRATION GUIDELINES
MEMBER REGISTRATION
All members, including ambassadors, sponsors and partners are required to register for each event they attend using their unique membership code.
- Membership codes provide preferential access and discounted rates, rather than complimentary attendance.
MEMBERS INVITING GUESTS
Subject to availability, members are welcome to invite guests to our events by contacting our team in advance. Each guest may only attend one event using the member’s discounted rate.
- Any subsequent attendance will require the guest to purchase a full-price ticket or join London Business Network as a member.
Guests must be registered by the member, with full and accurate registration details. Guests may not attend independently using a member’s code, nor may the same guest attend multiple events at a discounted rate.
NB: Guests who arrive without having been properly registered in advance will be required to purchase a full-price last minute ticket on arrival, subject to availability.

London Business Network is a professional business networking organisation. The effectiveness of our events relies on openness, visibility, and the responsible sharing of participant information to enable meaningful commercial connections.
All attendee data is collected and securely stored within our CRM in accordance with applicable data protection regulations. We do not sell your data. By registering for and attending a London Business Network event, you acccept and agree to our Terms and Policies and to the data-sharing practices outlined below.

By attending our events, you consent to the use of your image and likeness in such materials.
