REGISTRATION GUIDELINES
Members are kindly reminded to register for events using their membership code prior to attending. As part of your membership benefits, you are entitled to invite one unique guest to attend each event you attend free of charge. Guests cannot attend on their own without purchasing a ticket. Please note that each guest you invite may only attend one event free of charge.
When booking, ensure you register your guests at the same time and provide their full registration details during the registration process. Don’t forget to apply your membership code for a seamless booking experience. They will automatically receive their ticket via email.
Accurate booking is essential for venue security, name badge printing, and enabling fellow members to connect with you via the attendee lists we share.
NB: Guests who are not registered with their full registration and contact details will be required to book and pay for their own tickets upon arrival.

We collect and securely store your data in our CRM. As a business networking organisation, we work to facilitate meaningful connections. As a result, we share your registration data which contains your contact details with fellow members, partners, sponsors, and attendees within our network.
By registering for our events, you consent to your data being shared within our business network, supporting our shared purpose of connecting you with as many businesses as possible.
If you run out of business cards you need not worry—QR codes on your name badges allow you to easily share your contact details as a vCard. For greater clarity, here’s how we share your data:
