Members are reminded that they will need to kindly register using their code before attending events, and that they are entitled to invite guests free of charge. Each guest they invite can only attend two free events.
Whilst booking, please register your guests simultaneously and provide their full registration details, then apply your code.
NB: If guests are not fully registered, they will be asked to pay upon arrival.
Accurate booking is required for security purposes at venues, to print name badges, and to ensure fellow members can connect with you when we share the attendee lists.
We collect and securely store your data in our CRM, and for GDPR compliance, only the data marked with an asterisk (*) will be shared on the public attendee list that is shared with LBN members and guests.
Furthermore, for your convenience, QR codes are printed on your name badges, allowing you to easily decide if you would like to share your email, mobile number and the following data as a vCard.
